HIGH QUALITY PHOTOS & MARKETING MATERIALS

When you’re trying to rent or sell a property, it only makes sense to show it in its best light. With the help of our real estate photography services, you can get stunning aerial and exterior photography that will capture the eyes of potential tenants instantly. Once we capture your property during optimal times, we edit the photos to add an extra touch. According to the National Association of Realtors, an estimated 92% of people searching for a new home use the internet to search for properties which makes having high end photos and marketing materials that much more important.

MLS

Once photos and marketing materials have been produced, the property is ready to be showcased online.  The MLS (Multiple Listing Service) is a database of all publicly available properties for rent and sale a ccessible to agents across the state of Florida. We list your home, with pictures, bedroom count, bathroom count, amenities, highlighted features, and additional information to showcase your home. Real Estate agents search this database to find homes that are suitable to their clients, and reach out to Vintage to schedule a showing of the property. We list 500+ homes a year for rent and know all the tricks to get your property on agent’s radar!

REAL ESTATE WEBSITES & SOCIAL MEDIA

Our property listings also link to over 30 real estate websites like Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads, Realtor.com, and others.  Prospective tenants will have the opportunity to contact our leasing department and get additional information or schedule a showing.

People are spending more and more time on social media, so that is exactly where we target them. Facebook marketplace is another tool we use to list all of our rental properties. Through social media our property listings instantly reach tens of thousands of potential tenants around the state of Florida and nationwide.  Prospective tenants can message Vintage directly with questions or even schedule a showing, without ever having to leave Facebook.
